Jennifer brings over 20 years asset management experience to her role as Chief Executive Officer of 3A Asia Limited. She has been managing funds of hedge funds since 2001. Carver's industry experience in Hong Kong dates back to 1987 when she spent four years on the institutional sales desk for brokerage firms in the region including holding the position of Director, Emerging Markets for Credit Lyonnais Securities. She founded her own investment advisory firm in 1991 and managed portfolios investing in regional equities, global fixed income and global mutual funds. From 1991 to 2001 Carver also worked for several investment firms including Credit Agricole Asset Management (then Indosuez Asset Management), MetLife and Fortis Investment Management (then called Grande Generale Asset Management) both on the asset management and marketing sides.
Jennifer holds a degree in International Business from Pomona College in Claremont, Calif. and has been a registered investment advisor in either Hong Kong or the United States since 1987. She was also recently one of three finalists out of 70 nominees for the
Hong Kong Business Woman of the Year Award 2005.

Pieter Oyens is Head of Asia Fund Linked Derivatives Marketing and Structuring, responsible for expanding the bank’s solutions capability in the fast growing market of fund linked derivatives in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr Oyens joined ABN AMRO in the Netherlands in 1998 where he held various positions with ABN AMRO Asset Management in the Netherlands before relocating to Hong Kong in 2004 to become Head of Product Management for Asset Management in the Asia Pacific Region.

Mr. Ducchi T. Quan is an attorney licensed to practice in a number of jurisdictions in the United States.
He began his legal career as a litigator with the Dallas, Texas complex commercial litigation firm Bickel & Brewer. Later, Mr. D.
Quan moved on to join the Washington, D.C. office of the Wall Street law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. There his practice focused on representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financing transactions.
Mr. D. Quan holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and was a member of the Law Review. He also graduated from the State University of New York and pursued graduate work at Cornell University.
Mr. D. Quan is conversant in Vietnamese.

Quan spent eight years in banking in Asia with Indosuez and Standard Chartered.
Mr. H.D. Quan's depth of experience and connection in Vietnam was evidenced by the State Bank of Vietnam's approval of his appointment as CEO of a local joint stock bank. He is the first, and, still currently, only foreign national to have been so approved by the SBV.
Mr. H.D. Quan has also served on the Board of Directors for AmCham in Vietnam and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
