This monthly report provides a first look at the book-to-bill ratio for North American-based capital equipment manufacturers global bookings and billings. The SEMI Book-to-Bill report includes three-month average bookings and billing for the total, front-end, and final manufacturing capital equipment market segments. The front-end equipment category consists of wafer processing, fab facilities, mask/reticle, and wafer manufacturing equipment. The final manufacturing equipment category consists of assembly and packaging and test equipment. The report is published approximately three weeks after the close of each month.
