Abstract

Wireless digital rights management (DRM) is a core enabler for wireless content distribution and revenue generation. Wireless DRM refers to a combined network and terminal based rights protection solution that enables controlled and secure usage and distribution of digital content. Key wireless players across the value chain including mobile network operators, solutions providers, content owners, equipment vendors and end-users are all integral in implementing DRM solutions, and moving this market forward with industry-wide standards and interoperability.
