The first Section of the report is devoted to analysis of resources base of iron ore resources in the world. Data on estimates of reserves of ore in the world as a whole and in individual countries are presented, as well as data on the greatest deposits of Australia, Brazil, Russia.

The second Section of the report describes data on production of iron ore resources in the world as a whole and in the greatest country-producers: Australia, Brazil, China.

The third Section is devoted to production of iron ore resources by the greatest companies, including companies of Australia and Brazil. Data on the main assets of leading iron ore companies of the world and volumes of production of iron ore resources are presented.

The fourth Section is devoted to analysis of world trade in iron ore resources, including data on export and import of iron ore resources, and the main country-exporters of iron ore resources and leading country-importers are distinguished. Leading role of China in intensive development of world market of iron ore resources has been highlighted. Analysis of structure of supplies of iron ore resources to world market by the greatest country-exporters is presented, as well as data on the main importers of iron ore resources: volumes and structure of the import, the main suppliers of iron ore resources.

The fifth Section is devoted to analysis of consumption of iron ore resources in the world, including in the main country-consumers.

The sixth Section analyses features of price tendencies at world market of iron ore resources, including data on prices on iron ore resources at world market for the latest years, and prices on iron ore products of leading companies and forecast of the prices dynamics in nearest future.

The seventh Section is devoted to forecast of production of iron ore resources in the world up to 2012 and volumes of world consumption of iron ore resources.
